These terms explain how Nebula Plumbing and Heating handles enquiries, visits, quotes and agreed work for customers.

Enquiries and Visits

You can contact Nebula by phone, WhatsApp or the website enquiry form. Claudia may ask for details such as your postcode, photos, a short description of the issue and the best way to contact you before arranging the next step.

Quotes and Work

Quotes are based on the information available at the time and any site visit or inspection findings. Work starts only after the scope and price have been discussed and agreed.

Gas and Safety

Gas work must be carried out safely by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
